KNUD E. HANSEN was founded 70 years ago by the engineer of same name from Elsinore Shipyard, and soon his company comes back to Elsinore.

KNUD E. HANSEN has bought the previous tax department building which will be rebuilt for a workplace for 50 employees – today KNUD E. HANSEN has 35 employees at Islands Brygge 41-43 in Copenhagen, and five employees in the London office which is expected to be increased to ten employees.

Elsinore is situated at the sea which is background for KNUD E. HANSEN’s work as naval architects, and at the same time centuries of shipping history is connected to Elsinore, where also the new Commerce- and Maritime Museum is going to be built.
