This huge project to convert the old Atlantic liner, SS France, to a modern Cruise Ship was planned, designed and supervised by a team of engineers, naval architects and interior designers from KNUD E. HANSEN A/S. The Client was Kloster Cruises of Norway, and the work took place at Lloyd Werft, Germany. The rejuvenated vessel was then in service as a Cruise Ship from 1980 to 2006 before being scrapped in 2008.
