The vessel was designed for Ventrafikken AB, Sweden, and built by Hvide Sande Skibs- & Baadebyggeri A/S in Hvide Sande, Denmark. It is a double-ended vessel with Azipod propulsion, and she was delivered in November 2012 and is operating between the island of Hven in Oresund and Landskrona, Sweden.
